Each subfolder contains a .xlsx file (per scenario and climate model) with the performance levels of the insured demands before and after buying the insurance, the changes in benefits due to the insurance and also the revenues for the insurer. It also includes a summary Excel file indicating if the insurance is feasible or not for each scenario and model. The subfolder name code refers to the insurance configuration and represents the following: IEEXXX: represents the State Index (IEE in Spanish) used as trigger. Values range from 0.05 to 0.50 DFXX: represents the deductible franchise. Values range between 0% and 50% PCXXX: represents the premium coefficients compared to the reference values used (292 €/ha·year if purchased in normality, 542 €/ha·year if purchased in pre-alert & alert, and 947 €/ha·year if purchased in emergency) in percentage. Values range between 50% and 400%. PL: represents the percentage in losses with respect to the situation without insurance used as limit to consider it infeasible for farmers (if they lose more than this threshold compared to the original benefits) or for public insurance (if payments from insurer are above than this percentage of the original farmer benefits). Values range between 5% and 25%. The results included in the paper considered it fixed at 10%.
