- **Data Period:** 2012 to 2024
- Note: SGG/EMD level data
- **Reason for Inclusion:** Added to enable comparison of apartment prices (purchasing power) with SKT floating population or KCB income data.
- **Coverage Area:** Legal districts (Beopjeong-dong) within three districts of Seoul — Seocho-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and Jung-gu.

📌 **Population Data (Provided by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety)**

- **Data Period:** January 2025 (1 month)
- **Note:** Since SGG/EMD level data was only recently released, we assume minimal change over the past three years and consider it usable.
- **Reason for Inclusion:** Useful for evaluating population distribution when combined with SKT or LOPLAT population movement data.
- **Coverage Area:** Three districts in Seoul — Seocho-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and Jung-gu.

📌 **Female Population (Aged 20–40) and Infants Data (Processed from Ministry of the Interior and Safety Data)**

- **Data Period:** January 2025 (1 month)
- **Note:** Since SGG/EMD level data was only recently released, we assume minimal change over the past three years and consider it usable.
- **Reason for Inclusion:** Useful for extracting characteristics related to the main customer base of department stores or supermarkets—young women and infants—especially when analyzed with SKT or LOPLAT movement data.
- **Coverage Area:** Three districts in Seoul — Seocho-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and Jung-gu.
