The dataset comprises multi-proxy measurements from sediment core RGC20-1 retrieved from Lake Ruogen Co, located on the southeastern Tibetan Plateau. The dataset includes depth-resolved proxy records covering the past ~3000 years.Each record consists of the following variables:Depth (cm): core depth below the sediment–water interfaceAge (cal. a BP): calibrated age derived from the Bayesian age–depth model based on AMS ^14C, ^210Pb, and ^137Cs datingTOC (wt.%): total organic carbon content, reflecting lake productivity and terrestrial organic matter inputCa (cps): calcium counts from XRF scanning, indicating variations in detrital input and hydrological conditionsFe (cps): iron counts from XRF scanning, representing terrigenous input intensityXHf (×10⁻⁸ m³/kg): high-frequency magnetic susceptibility, reflecting magnetic mineral input associated with catchment erosionNSI (dimensionless): normalized stacked index calculated as the median of z-score–standardized proxy variables, representing the integrated hydroclimatic signalThe dataset is sampled at a 0.5 cm resolution, providing high-resolution temporal coverage. All proxy measurements were conducted at the Institute of Earth Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences following standard analytical procedures.The dataset is designed to capture hydroclimatic variability in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau and is used to reconstruct late Holocene Asian summer monsoon dynamics.
