Meiotic recombination cold spots in chromosomal cohesion sites [ChIP-Seq]

Meiotic chromosome architecture called __axis-loop structures__ and histone modifications have been demonstrated to regulate the Spo11-dependent formation of DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) that trigger meiotic recombination现已证实，被称为轴环结构（axis-loop structures）的减数分裂染色体架构与组蛋白修饰，可调控依赖Spo11的DNA双链断裂（DSBs）的形成过程，此类断裂可触发减数分裂重组。
