Employment rate of disabled workers in the public service, by region

The employment rate of disabled workers (direct employment rate) in the public service is derived from employers’ declarations made to the Fund for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities into the Public Service (FPIF). This rate reports the number of Employment Obligation recipients to the total paid workforce (RTE) in the community (percentage). The FIPHFP aims to help staff with disabilities stay in employment. It accompanies public employers in this regard. The Caisse des Dépôts is responsible for administrative management. The dataset presents the employment rate of disabled workers in the communities of taxable employers, depending on their location. For employers with a national scope, their regional wording is “national employers”.
