land register building block 2019
收藏资源简介:
Cadastral data aggregated at building block level, according to the fiscal situation as at 1 January of the year in question. This is a finer level than the neighbourhoods, neighbourhoods and postal areas, which you can consult in town in figures (see also more metadata on land register). Owners: # and% of resident owners floor area and residential area: and derivatives: average dwelling per dwelling, floor/land ratio * and open/floor ratio * * Housing: # and% single-family dwellings, # dwellings in multi-dwelling buildings: # and% single-family dwellings: riding house, semi-open house and open house Building land area: according to GRB and derived cultivation rate (% of cultivated area) uncultivated area: according to GRB and derived average unbuilt area or outdoor area Building year: average year of construction of building block (in case of new construction this average will increase) Deep: average # deepening of Parking building block: total # parking spaces in building block (according to cadastre: garages, stands and parks on plots) Functions:% of parcels according to the main division NIS cadastre (residential, economical, other and unbuilt) and # plots according to the detailed classification NIS cadastre (apartment buildings, houses, industry, storage, office, commercial, other, unbuilt) * floor area versus plot area (Vloer Terrain Ratio). This is the number of square metres of floor area of the building against the total area of the parcel. The Vloer Terrain Ratio (V/T) says something about the building pressure: the lower the index, the less density of buildings. * * unbuilt ground area relative to Open Space Ratio. This is the surface area of the plot without the building (according to GRB main and auxiliary buildings), i.e. the outdoor space, unbuilt in relation to the number of square metres of floor area (different deepening) of the building (according to Kadaster). The Open Space Ratio (OSR) is the size of the unbuilt space compared to the floor area. It says something about the pressure on the open unbuilt space: the lower the ratio the higher the pressure on open space. Each year, the cadastral legger is linked to the parcels, but also to the building blocks, so that the information can be visualised on the basis of the plots and also the building blocks. The built area and also the unbuilt area is calculated according to the main and ancillary buildings and do not come from the land register. Sources: Cadastre and GRB
