Number of establishments employing and employing in the private sector, by employment area x NA88 (2006-2022)
收藏资源简介:
Number of employer establishments and number of employees at the end of the year, by employment zone x NA88. ► _[DAYS](https://open.urssaf.fr/explore/dataset/planning-de-mise-a-jour/)_: end of year + ~160 days. _Champ_: private sector employer institutions, general scheme. _Source_: URSSAF _Methodology_ ** _ Warning (16/06/2023)_**: From the publication of June 2023, apprentices are included in the number of employees. They were previously excluded. (see [Stat’Ur n°362](https://www.urssaf.org/accueil/statistiques/nos-etudes-et-analyses/employeurs/nationale/employeurs-2023/effectifs-salaires-juin2023.html)). __ **_Warning (20/01/2022)_**: **** The introduction since March 2015 of the Nominative Social Declaration (DSN), which replaces in particular the Consolidated Contribution Schedule (BRC), amends the reporting information necessary for the calculation of the statistical indicators presented in this publication. The new source makes it possible to calculate the institution’s workforce on the basis of individual contract data, while the aggregate workforce of these same institutions, historically present in the BRCs, remained transiently present in DSN. The integration of individual data into the statistical processing chain of employees, carried out gradually since 2016, was finalised in June 2021 on the occasion of the publication of the results for the first quarter of 2021. The workforce data is now 100 % from the use of individual data from the DSN (see [Acoss Stat 325](https://www.urssaf.org/accueil/statistiques/nos-etudes-et-analyses/employeurs/nationale/2021/la-masse-salariale-Juin2021-1.html)). In view of these methodological changes, therefore, more significant than usual revisions, especially in terms of levels, can be observed on staff compared to previously reported data. \- Employment zones are broken down according to the 2020 base of employment areas. \- The number of establishments includes all **employers who reported payroll in the last month of the year** (before the 20/01/2022 update, it included all establishments that reported payrolls in the last quarter of the year). \- Employees are measured at the end of the year. An establishment can therefore be counted with 0 employees if wages have been paid in the last quarter but there is no longer an employment contract on 31 December. \- A sole proprietorship is included in the field only if it pays a wage bill. \- The scope of the data disseminated here is the same as [the publications of the Acoss and Urssaf](https://www.urssaf.org/accueil/statistiques/notre-methodologie/les-effectifs-salaries-et-la-mas.html “Competitive field”) on employees and wage bills. This field was modified during the publication of the first quarter 2017 data in connection with the new production process of quarterly employment estimates carried by Acoss, Dares and INSEE. In this context, the interim staff produced in the publications of the Acoss and Urssaf now mobilise data from the Dares. However, unlike these publications, the downloadable data here still incorporates the interim workforce from the Acoss production chain based on DSN data. \- The data contained in this game are raw, unlike the quarterly (more aggregated) data disseminated in the short-term publications of the Acoss and Urssaf which are seasonally adjusted. \- The data are derived from the SEQUOIA statistical database used for the short-term monitoring of employees and the wage bill. Unlike economic data, the administrative information of SEQUOIA is not historised: only the last administrative situation of the establishment is registered. Thus, in the event of a change in main activity, the new EPA code is linked to the entire history of the workforce and the salary bases. The same applies to the location of the institution in the event of a change of municipality where it is not accompanied by a change in the management account number.
