To study chromatin accessibility of melanoma cells upon reHMGA1 uptake, we stimulated A375 cells using recombinant HMGA1 for 2 and 18-hrs followed by ATAC-seq analysis with 2 biological replicates. Overall design: Differential gene expression profiling to identify upregulated targets and gene signatures through GSEA analysis.
