Expression data of RAW264.7 cells cultured in conditioned medium of SCR or JMJD6-KO PymT-41C cells

In our study we showed that JMJD6 expression in tumor cells can regulate macrophage differentiation in vitro through ANXA-1 secretion. For this experiment we cultured RAW264.7 cells cultured in conditioned medium of SCR or JMJD6-KO breast cancer PymT-41C cells for 24hrs and we then submitted the RAW264.7 cells for ClariomD assay In this dataset, we include the expression data from RAW264.7 cells cultured in normal medium (RAW NM), medium of SCR PyMT-41C cells (RAW CM SCR), medium of SCR PyMT-41C cells with addition of the ANXA-1 receptor blockade, CSH (RAW CM SC+CSHR) and, medium of JMJD6-KO PyMT-41C cells (RAW CM KO).
