Transport Canada CADORS: civil aviation occurrences in Canada (1993-2026)
收藏资源简介:
406,322 occurrence reports from Transport Canada's Civil Aviation Daily Occurrence Reporting System (CADORS), cleaned into one table with 561,029 occurrence-category tags, a summary of 1,437 aerodromes and a yearly summary by province. 10,016 of the reports are accidents, with 2,629 fatalities recorded in total; 97.5% of the reports occurred in Canada. Browse it on FlightFinder: CADORS occurrences in Canada, searchable by aerodrome, province and occurrence category. Busiest aerodrome pages: Toronto Pearson, Vancouver, Calgary, Montréal Trudeau, Winnipeg, Halifax, Edmonton, Ottawa, Québec City, Kelowna. Files: cadors_occurrences (zipped CSV), cadors_occurrence_categories (zipped CSV), cadors_aerodromes (CSV, with a FlightFinder link for 408 aerodromes), cadors_yearly_by_province (CSV), and README.md documenting every column. ISO 3166-1 country codes are added to every report. Read this before you use it: systematic coverage starts in 1993; four earlier-dated rows are late reports about old events. The filing year (from the report number) can differ from the occurrence year: 969 reports carry the following year's number, mostly December events filed in January. CADORS records are preliminary reports, mostly from NAV CANADA, not investigation findings. Counts are not rates: normalise by movements before ranking aerodromes.
