通过分析参观人员对雕塑主题展览的偏好指数,再整合参观者的基本信息,构建观众画像,为展览主办方提供更加全面的观众信息。如某些观众对这一主题展览参观偏好指数高,后续再举办同类型展览时,可以优先推送相关宣传信息。展览主办方可以更加精准地定位目标受众、制定有效的市场推广策略、提供个性化的服务。
(1)数据采集:通过参展问卷收集参观人员的相关信息,包括展览停留时间、展品互动次数及是否有购买行为的数据,并生成每个人对应的参观人员id。(2)数据处理:对采集到的数据进行降噪、清洗。将处理后的数据按照如下算法公式进行运算。当参观人员有购买行为时,参观偏好指数=展览停留时间(分钟)*0.1*0.3+展品互动次数*0.3+1*0.4;没有购买行为时,参观偏好指数=展览停留时间(分钟)*0.1*0.3+展品互动次数*0.3+0*0.4。(3)数据应用:通过深入分析这些数据,我们可以更好地了解参观人员的对雕塑展览的需求和偏好,为未来的展览策划和推广提供有力支持。
By analyzing the preference index of visitors towards sculpture-themed exhibitions and integrating their basic information, we construct audience profiles to provide exhibition organizers with more comprehensive audience insights. For instance, if certain visitors exhibit a high preference index for this exhibition theme, relevant promotional content can be prioritized for them when hosting subsequent similar exhibitions. This enables exhibition organizers to accurately target their target audience, develop effective marketing strategies, and deliver personalized services.
(1) Data Collection: Relevant information of visitors is collected via exhibition questionnaires, including data on exhibition stay duration, number of interactions with exhibits and purchase behavior, and a unique visitor ID is generated for each individual.
(2) Data Processing: Denoising and cleaning are performed on the collected data. The processed data is calculated using the following algorithm formula: When a visitor has a purchase behavior, the visit preference index = exhibition stay duration (minutes) * 0.1 * 0.3 + number of interactions with exhibits * 0.3 + 1 * 0.4; When no purchase behavior occurs, the visit preference index = exhibition stay duration (minutes) * 0.1 * 0.3 + number of interactions with exhibits * 0.3 + 0 * 0.4.
(3) Data Application: Through in-depth analysis of this data, we can better understand the needs and preferences of visitors for sculpture exhibitions, providing robust support for future exhibition planning and promotion.
