HINDI TRANSLATION, VALIDATION AND TEST-RETEST RELIABILITY OF THE MANCHESTER COPD FATIGUE SCALE: A CROSS-SECTIONAL STUDY

The study concludes that the Hindi version of the Manchester COPD Fatigue Scale (MCFS) is a valid, reliable, and reproducible tool for assessing fatigue in patients with COPD. It demonstrates good internal consistency and strong test–retest reliability, making it suitable for consistent use over time. The scale can be effectively used in both clinical practice and research settings among Hindi-speaking populations to evaluate fatigue and support better patient management.
