Comparative data on transposable elements in the Fusarium wilt pathogen infecting Cavendish (AAA) bananas in India

This repository contains information on transposable elements of the Fol4287 and Fusarium wilt pathogens (Foc R1, STR4, and TR4) that infect Cavendish (AAA) bananas in India. The data of Foc R1 is VCG0124, Foc STR4 is VCG0120 and Foc TR4 is VCG01213/16, besides VCG01220. Therefore, it is a VGC specific database of Foc but different races infecting Cavendish (AAA) bananas. Here we also included some of the reference Foc genomes for comparison.
