The bacterial community dynamics in two types of microbial inoculants (De-MO-1 and De-MO-2). Humic soil was used as the inoculant (De-MO-1). The mixture of humic soil and tobermolite (1:1, w/w) was used as the inoculants (De-MO-2). Methane and DMS co-degrading bacterial consortium was mixed with De-MO-1 and De-MO-2 as an initial inoculum. After mixing with the bacterial consortium, De-MO-1 and De-MO-2 were air-dried for 6 hours at room temperature. Finally they were stored in a shaded place at room temperature for 375 days to evaluate their removability of methane and DMS.
