U.S. Legal Services Reregulation Provider Registry

An open, reproducible, longitudinal dataset of every authorized provider (entity or individual) operating under a U.S. legal-services reregulation program: Alternative Business Structures (ABS), regulatory sandboxes, and allied-legal-professional / paraprofessional licenses. v1.0.2 covers 10 programs across 7 states, with 708 providers, 748 entry/exit/status events, and 100% provenance coverage. Every row carries source_url, retrieved_at, and scraper_version; raw HTML/PDF captures are content-hashed and immutable; all derived tables are fully re-derivable from them (make reproduce, no network required). This is a provider census with entry/exit tracking, not an outcomes dataset. It does not include harm measures, complaint/discipline outcomes, rates, or litigation linkage in v1 — see the methodology documentation for what is explicitly deferred to later releases.
