Clinical and genomic characterization of chemoradiation resistant HPV-positive squamous cell carcinoma

This study performed genomic sequencing on a rare phenotype of HPV-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma which was resistant to standard of care platinum based chemoradiation treatment.
