Controlling the modality of the morphogen BMP4 controls and alters the gene expression and developmental trajectory within hPSC embryoids. Overall design: Three different modalities of BMP4 (localized, immbolized BMP4 with no BSA, localized, immobilized BMP4 with BSA, and global BMP4 distrubuted in media) were tagged with 3 hashing antibodies (TotalSeqâ¢-B0251,B0252,B0253 anti-human Hashtag 1,2,3) and analyzed using scRNA sequencing using 10X genomics
