Plan-m.e.r.-screening files under the generic DABM procedure, applied to strategic plans and programmes

File code SCRPP, 2021-present. The dataset contains the active public documents of this procedure since 2021. Only files for which a decision on the planning EIA obligation was taken before 20/7/2023 were included in the dataset. There are few files of this type. The known files are plans and programmes applicable throughout Flanders and thus Flanders was included as a contour for the plan-m.e.r.s screening.
