Cyprinid herpesvirus 2 immediate early gene screening

According to the different inhibitory effects of inhibitors, the timing of CyHV-2 gene expression was detected by treatment with different inhibitors. Protein synthesis inhibitor CHX and DNA polymerase inhibitor cytarabine were used to pretreat RyuF-2 cells, respectively. Cells were then infected with CyHV-2, and total RNA was extracted at 8H after infection to detect gene expression. Differentiate the timing of gene expression according to the expression of genes under different inhibitor treatments.
