Transcriptomic Analysis Reveals the Antiviral Role of Galectin-3 Against MSRV

This project aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying galectin-3-mediated antiviral defense against MSRV in GF-1 cell line using RNA-seq. The study focuses on identifying key immune pathways and DEGs regulated by galectin-3 during MSRV infection, with experimental groups including MSRV, galectin-3+ MSRV, and NC. Transcriptomic data will help reveal the regulatory network of galectin-3 in fish cell antiviral immunity, supporting the development of disease-resistant strategies for teleosts aquaculture.
