Supporting files to reproduce and replicate results. This data repository contains the data files for feature importance scores, census tract socioeconomic and health indicators, and graph motif association scores which are necessary to reproduce the results in The zipped folder consists of files in .parquet and .geoparquet format which can be read with the pandas read_parquet or geopandas read_parquet functions. The provided files are supplementary to the main.py script which steps through the data preprocessing and generating the main figures.
