Effect of microstructural characteristics of ultrafine-grained aluminum on mechanical properties under quasi-static and shock-wave loading

These files contains the original data on the size of the element of grain-subgrain structure obtained by TEM in aluminum processed by ARB for 4, 7 10 and 14 cycles. The average, maximal, minimum values as well as the scatter are calculated at the bottom of each column. The elements of grain-subgrain structure were visualized using dark-field image. They were highlighted manually using iTEM software (Olympus).
