Margaritifera margaritifera whole genome assembly and annotation

Dataset
from the Margaritifera margaritifera whole-genome assembly project. The dataset includes the
masked whole-genome assembly sequence file, BRAKER2 prediction statistics and
prediction gff file, as well as predicted genes, transcripts and amino acid
sequence files. Further details about how the dataset was generated can be
