The study aimed to identify orchard management strategies associated with reduced insecticide and fungicide use in apple orchards in south-eastern France. The dataset includes farming practices (irrigation, variety...), orchard features (area, length of adjacent hedges...), treatment frequency indices (by product type, target and specificity...) and pest and fungal disease levels (codling moth, scab...) for 171 apple orchards, located in the Lower Durance Valley, which is the main apple and pear production area in southern France
