Kootenai and Moyie Subbasins

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is responsible for reviewing and re-evaluating each Total Maximum Daily Load according to Idaho Code §39-3611(7), which requires addressing the following elements based on all available data (Table 1.). These elements were presented to and discussed with the Watershed Advisory Group (DEQ 2022). This 5-year review will not be identified as “Final” until the Watershed Advisory Group has reviewed and commented on it. This 'Draft' 5-year review was presented to the Kootenai/Moyie Watershed Adivisory Group on June 29th, 2022.
