A system designed for rapid equipment trouble reporting, operational performance statistics and analysis within enterprises. It generates standard operational reports and core performance indicators including OEE, MTTR and MTBF, and is equipped with complete functions for spare parts management, equipment maintenance and spot inspection. Additionally, it integrates capabilities such as equipment fault code collection, fault tree analysis and maintenance skill analysis. The system can optionally integrate enterprise scheduling functions as required, and can also interface with the enterprise's MES (Manufacturing Execution System) when necessary.
