This record contains processed analysis outputs, figure source data, supplementary-table source data, and manifest files associated with the manuscript “NeuroTRACE links adult cortical disease modules to developmental timing, genetic convergence, and cross-disorder psychiatric axes”. NeuroTRACE is a graph-informed disease-to-developmental mapping framework that derives signed native transcriptomic modules from adult cortical disease expression data, embeds them in a developmental reference space, and applies personalized PageRank-based heterogeneous graph diffusion to estimate developmental stage affinity and graph-prioritized genes. The current release supports the autism spectrum disorder application described in the manuscript, including developmental stage-affinity analyses, matched-random calibration, risk-prior ablation, SFARI and gnomAD convergence analyses, external ASD validation, marker-based and NNLS composition adjustment, single-nucleus contextualization, cross-disease validation, and robustness analyses. The archive includes: 1. Figure source data for main Figures 2–6 and Supplementary Figures S1–S5.2. Processed intermediate and summary outputs from the main NeuroTRACE analysis steps.3. Source/evidence files used to construct the supplementary tables.4. Input-data and file-level manifests.5. R/Python environment information for reproducibility. The corresponding analysis and figure-generation code is available in the associated GitHub repository and archived code release. Public raw input datasets should be obtained from their original sources, including GEO, BrainSpan, SFARI, gnomAD, PsychENCODE, and published resources, as listed in the input-data manifest and Supplementary Table S1 of the manuscript. This data release is intended to enable inspection of the processed results and reproduction of the reported figures and supplementary analyses when used together with the accompanying code repository.
