The gene transcripts in splenic tissues derived from imiquimod treated B6.Sle1b and B6.Sle1b.IFNgR-/- mice were analyzed by RNA sequencing. To investigate how IFNg may promote autoreactive B cell development into the AFC and GC pathways in TLR7-accelerated SLE, we analyzed the gene transcripts in spleens of IMQ-treated B6.Sle1b and Sle1b.IFNgR-/- mice by RNA sequencing.
