Forest functions of the state of Brandenburg
收藏资源简介:
Forest functions represent the effects of the forest, which serve the general public for services of general interest. These effects are recorded with the instrument of forest function mapping (WFK) and presented on a map basis. The WFK is carried out by the lower forestry authority across ownership. Each forest area serves to protect, use and recover to varying degrees. As part of forest function mapping, only forest areas with a particular importance for protection and recreation are recorded. A distinction is made between forest functions that exist on the basis of legislation and are taken over by news (e.g. nature reserves, water protected areas, etc.) and forest functions, which are officially determined by the lower forestry authority (e.g. soil protection forest, noise protection forest, sight protection forest and recreation forest).
