Bees of the family Melittidae of the Novosibirsk Oblast, Omsk Oblast, Tomsk Oblast, Tyumen Oblast

The dataset was compiled based on the results of studying the entomological collections: Institute of Systematics and Ecology of Animals of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk), Zoological Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg), Federal Scientific Center of the East Asia Terrestrial Biodiversity (Vladivostok), Tomsk State University (Tomsk).The dataset lists melittid species from 4 regions of western Siberia: Novosibirsk Oblast (1 Dasypoda, 2 Melitta; total 192 specimens), Omsk Oblast (1 Dasypoda, 2 Melitta; total 78 specimens), Tomsk Oblast (2 Dasypoda, 2 Macropis, 4 Melitta; total 110 specimens), Tyumen Oblast (2 Macropis, total 9 specimens).The storage location of the material is indicated at the time of compilation of the dataset: JD MSNR&NPS (Joint Directorate of the Mordovia State Nature Reserve and National Park "Smolny"), ZIN RAS (Zoological Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences), ISEA SB RAS (Institute of Systematics and Ecology of Animals of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences).The specimens date from the beginning of the 20th century to the middle of the 21st century. Novosibirsk Oblast 1979-2018, Omsk Oblast 1912-2020, Tomsk Oblast 1900-2001, Tyumen Oblast 2012.All specimens are identified by the originator of the dataset, Daria Dimakova.
