Origianl bigWig files from ATACseq

All files were normalized. Although all ATACseq bigWig files were initially normalized as RPKM, strong batch effects were still detected during heatmap generation. To better compare samples, the experiments were further scaled. All samples within the same experiment were scaled to a certain scale factor and converted to new bigWig files, named with the ".bw" extension to differentiate them from the originals. The scale function and scale factors were also uploaded to GitHub as "scale_bigwigs.sh". The original records and accession IDs can be found in the "original_data_collection.csv" file from this project and in the manuscript. "E" stands for experiment.
