Effect of dietary protein levels on growth, feed utilization and intestinal microbiota of hybrid grouper(Epinephelus akaara X E. lanceolatus)

This dataset contains raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences from hybrid grouper (Epinephelus akaara X E. lanceolatus) fed diets with varying protein levels(40, 45,50,55,60, and 65%) for 11 weeks. Growth performance and intestinal microbiota composition were assessed via Illumina MiSeq sequencing of the V3~V4 region. These data support a comparative analysis of dietary protein effects on growth and intestinal microbial communities in hybrid grouper (Epinephelus akaara X E. lanceolatus).
