This dataset was co-developed by the Cyprus Electricity Authority and the Cyprus University of Technology, aiming to provide a complete and publicly accessible set of input parameters for benchmarking local flexibility markets. The dataset includes a modified CIGRE European medium-voltage distribution network model, 24-hour time-series curves for base load and stressed load scenarios, synthetic bids from 14 flexibility service providers, wholesale price time series, as well as thermo-economic parameters for transformers and cables. All data is stored in the pandapower format in the Zenodo open-access repository, accompanied by benchmark AC power flow results including voltage, load rate and aging costs, which enables fair comparison of different flexibility request and market clearing methods under consistent input conditions. This dataset can be applied to fields such as power system flexibility market evaluation, asset aging analysis and demand response strategy validation.
