GCC sector revenue in India FY 2015-2025

In financial year 2020, the revenue of global capability center (GCC) sector in India reached nearly 34 billion U.S. dollars. By 2025, this sector could reach a revenues of 60 to 85 billion dollars. The growth potential could come from increasing penetration in global operations, as well as from attracting new GCCs from global organizations that are not yet present in India.GCCs provide services of business operations, including back-office functions, corporate business support, and contract centers, as well as IT support, including app development and maintenance, remote IT infrastructure, and help desks. GCCs enhance the productivity in the above-mentioned fields through concentration of personnel and infrastructure.
