História e cultura: considerações a partir da crítica nietzschiana

For Nietzsche, history is necessary to the extent that it is in the service of life. The philosopher is very concerned with the history of culture and gives great value. Its cultural ideal is based on this history, mainly in Greek culture. In addition to his position of respect for Greece, he must also address Nietzsche's position on Roman culture and the Germany of his time. Nietzsche also criticizes German culture, in which he is inserted. For him, this culture was not a vital culture, nor a genuine and original creation as it also had no artistic unity. The German philosopher understands that life must dominate knowledge, because life is or the most dominating power, because the knowledge that annihilates life, would also annihilate itself. The first step, which is not ideal for Nietzsche, is to destroy everything we have for culture. This culture must be shaken to the markets. A culture must always produce a taller man, with that, it can indicate that Nietzsche wanted a higher culture than the one where he was inserted. A serious culture or full development of the people who execute a man is a more profound and dignified civilization.
