The RNAseq analyses are aimed to investigate the impact of three genes involved in the unfolded protein response (UPR) on tumor transcriptome. WT fibrosarcoma cell line MCA205 and its derived Eif2ak3/Ddit3/Ppp1r15a knockout cell clones were injected subcutaneously in the right hind flank of immunosufficient C57BL/6 mice. Tumor growth kinetics were monitored for each individuals. Tumor tissues were harvested when the size reached around 40 mm^2(day 7 after inoculating tumor cells. Total RNA was extracted by the RNAsimple Total RNA Kit (TIANGEN) for RNAseq.
