是否集团用户查询接口

用户入网时通过入网协议授权采集用户是否是集团用户数据，通过脱敏处理，形成用户是否是集团用户数据，根据中国联通用户隐私政策，后续在使用过程中，在征得用户单独授权后，方可调用用户数据用于输入用户手机号，查询该用户是否为集团用户场景When a user completes network access registration, they authorize the collection of data indicating whether they are a group subscriber via the network access agreement.
