Genomic analysis of pediatric AML by whole transcriptome sequencing [pediatric AML patients]

Pediatric AML is an aggressive hematological malignancy associated with distinctive genomic features. We employed RNA-seq to study fusion genes and clinically relevant gene expression patterns in pediatric AML patients. Whole transcriptome sequencing was employed to study genome-wide changes in leukemic blasts from pediatric AML patients.
