Kompetenzentwicklung für Künstliche Intelligenz

Artificial intelligence promises many opportunities for companies and employees, for example through useful assistance functions, new business models or the relief of routine tasks. A central challenge for the introduction of AI technologies in the working environment is the qualification of employees, since AI systems will change the task and role profiles of employees. Early skills development is therefore a key component in making companies and employees fit for the AI age. In a white paper, experts from the working group Future of Work and Human-Machine Interaction of Plattform Lernende Systeme have analyzed how competency requirements will change through the use of self-learning systems and which competencies will be relevant in the AI age. In addition, the authors show how targeted and task-oriented AI competence management can be successfully established. To illustrate this, the paper presents exemplary role profiles and vividly describes the changes depending on roles and AI competencies.
