The Impact of LinkedIn's Digital Transformation on the Career Readiness of Students at Binus University Bekasi

This dataset is used for a study investigating the impact of LinkedIn’s digital transformation on the career readiness of BINUS University Bekasi students. The dataset contains questionnaire responses from 150 respondents and includes variables such as Perceived Usefulness, LinkedIn Adoption, Career Self-Management, Digital Networking Capability, and Career Readiness. The data were collected using an online questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and were intended for analysis using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. This dataset supports research on how LinkedIn adoption and digital networking capability contribute to students’ career readiness.
