Data batch direct download service (WFS): CartoPLU Île-de-France 2020

CartoPLU is the gathering of vectorised zoning of urban planning documents (PLU, PLUi, POS or CC) of Île-de-France, from the Urbanism Geoportal (GPU) present on 01/09/2018 and supplemented by those produced by the DDTs and departmental units of the DRIEA until November 2017. It consists of four tables: — urban planning documents and their origin — zoning of urban planning documents — the requirements of planning documents — the link between commune and town planning document. This representation provides an overview of the planning documents (see map in Annex I) and has no legal value1. Its main objective is to assist the State services in their studies. It does not consist of the most recent data2 but ensures temporal consistency between the different elements of the same planning document, in particular the zoning tables and prescriptions.
