Pyrosequencing reveals a highly diverse endophytic bacterial community in Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves at different

The goal of this study is to describe the bacterial community associated with Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves. Endophytic bacterial communities associated with the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni were analyzed by PCR amplification of the 16S rRNA gene and 454 sequencing. Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni leaves were harvested at 3 different times and from various fulvic acid treatments. DNA was extracted from the leaves and amplified with 16S rRNA gene specific primers. The results showed that there were similarity and diversity of endophytic bacterial communities structures between the samples.
