High TGF-beta signature predicts immunotherapy resistance in gynecologic cancer patients

Focusing on patients with recurrent gynecologic cancer, we sought to perform a comprehensive transcriptomic analysis of the tumor immune microenvironment (TME) and to identify factors could interact with TME and potentially predict immune checkpoint inhibitors treatment response or resistance in GYN cancer.
