List of transactions certified by CERQUAL

Cerqual QUALITEL CERTIFICATION certifies the quality of housing through the NF Habitat brand, issued as part of the AFNOR Certification mandate. NF Habitat certification is a product certification, within the meaning of the Consumer Code, covering the quality of the organisation, the technical quality of homes and operations as well as the quality of services and information. The HQE brand can be associated with AFNOR Certification’s mandate under the license granted to CERQUAL by the HQE-GBC Alliance. The purpose of the NF Habitat certification associated with the HQE brand or not is to attest to the conformity of new housing construction or renovation projects, carried out in collective buildings or single houses grouped or not, in metropolitan France, with the performance requirements defined by their associated benchmark. This dataset identifies dwellings (collective or grouped individuals) that have been certified by Cerqual. In the Cerqual process, these dwellings are attached to a building (even in the case of individual dwellings grouped together), the building(s) are attached to a real estate operation. As part of the certification, all dwellings in a building are certified.
