资源简介:
Microbes are known to grow in carpet dust at increased relative humidity levels (>80%). However it is unknown how this growth responds to variations in relative humidity. Carpet and dust were collected from 19 homes in Ohio, USA, and incubated at varying relative humidity conditions. Samples of dust were sequenced to determine community composition. The goal of this study was to utilize the "time-of-wetness" framework to model fungal growth in carpet dust.
