CREB-H is a key transcription factor governing lipid metabolism. Faci (C11orf86) is a novel CREB-H-induced gene preferentially expressed in enterocyte. To explore its physiological function, we compared intestinal epithelial transcriptomes of WT and Faci-/- mice. The total RNA from the intestinal epithelium of 4-month-old WT and Faci-/- mice (n = 3 per group) was extracted by RNAiso Plus reagent (Takara) and sent to BGI Shenzhen Genomics Institute of for RNA sequencing.
CREB-H是调控脂质代谢的关键转录因子。Faci(C11orf86)是一种新型的CREB-H诱导基因,在肠上皮细胞中呈偏好性表达。为探究该基因的生理功能,我们对野生型(WT)与Faci基因敲除(Faci-/-)小鼠的肠上皮转录组开展了对比分析。我们提取了4月龄野生型(WT)与Faci-/-小鼠(每组n=3)的肠上皮总RNA,采用RNAiso Plus试剂(Takara)完成提取后,送至深圳华大基因研究院(BGI Shenzhen Genomics Institute)进行RNA测序。
