Transcriptome analysis of effects of salicylic acid on anaerobic germination of rice seeds

We constructed the salicylic acid (SA) deficient mutant rcd. To understand the impact of SA on cellular pathways during rice seed anaerobic germination, we performed a series of transcriptomics analyses on WT and rcd seeds that were dry or imbibed in submergence, with or without exogenous SA.
