The Vibrio cholera (O1 biovar El Tor Inaba strain) was isolated in 2017 from a patient who underwent as an outpatient to Al Sader Hospital in Baghdad and the strain has been diagnosed as a Vibrio cholerae by biological and chemical test Genomic DNA was extracted. The DNA sample was sent for whole genomic sequences to the company (). The data analysis was depending on the pipeline composed of three stages to obtain the complete genome of the Vibrio cholerae. The first is the output from the process of the analyses sequence is obtained 140 nodes (Fasta sequences with different lengths). The second stage of assembling was using CAR (contig assembly of prokaryotic draft genomes using rearrangements) that was used as the input (multi fasta file and reference genome) and produced as output the assembled draft genome sequence, this process was performed for the two chromosomes. References genome was downloaded from the NCBI database for the comparison of both chromosomes 1 and 2. In the third stage, annotating process is applied to the assembled draft genome and the reference genomes, using Prodigal (prokaryotic gene recognition and translation initiation site). in the evaluation stage, we depend on using Quast (a quality assessment tool for genome assemblies) for obtaining statistical files and all information about genome length,
