The prefectural decree described below has been repealed by that of the 2020 sound classification. Sectors affected by noise on both sides of the sections resulting from the Order of 23 December 2014 on the classification of land transport infrastructure in Haute-Garonne. Noise classification of land transport infrastructure is a preventive regulatory mechanism applicable to the construction of buildings in the vicinity of road and rail roads. These measures result in an obligation to respect a minimum value in order to protect future inhabitants from noise pollution. It results in the classification of the transmission system into sections to which a noise category is assigned. Each category results in the definition of ‘noise-affected’ sectors in which noise-sensitive buildings must have enhanced sound insulation.下述省府法令（prefectural decree）已被2020年噪声分类（sound classification）法令废止。 2014年12月23日《关于上加龙省（Haute-Garonne）陆地交通基础设施分类的行政令》所划定路段两侧的噪声影响区域。 陆地交通基础设施噪声分类是一种预防性监管机制，适用于道路及铁路线路周边的建筑工程。该机制要求遵守最低限值标准，以保护未来入住居民免受噪声污染。其将交通线路划分为多个路段，并为每个路段赋予噪声等级。每个噪声等级对应划定“噪声影响区域”，该区域内的噪声敏感建筑（noise-sensitive buildings）须采用强化隔声（sound insulation）设计。
