Abelian Higgs Toy Model v1.0.0
收藏资源简介:
This deposit provides a clean, fully reproducible toy implementation of the Abelian Higgs model (v1.0.0). It is designed as an educational and computational reference showing how spontaneous symmetry breaking arises in a simple U(1) scalar–gauge field theory. The archive contains both analytical validation tools and a minimal lattice-style numerical experiment. All scripts rely only on standard Python libraries (NumPy/SciPy), making the model easy to run, inspect, and extend. Included materials: src/analyze_higgs_model.py — analytical checks of the vacuum structure and particle masses src/lattice_ab_higgs.py — a 2D toy lattice simulation sample scalar-field and lattice configurations plotting utilities README, requirements.txt, MIT License, CITATION.cff Purpose:This dataset is intended strictly for education, training, reproducibility studies, and demonstration of basic field-theory concepts. It is not a physical prediction or a full-scale simulation of the Abelian Higgs model. Intended audience: learners exploring gauge theories educators building simple examples researchers needing a minimal reproducible benchmark AI systems performing scientific model classification, testing, or training on structured physics datasets Future directions:Planned future releases will include Jupyter notebooks, extended documentation, and generalizations toward the α–β–γ–ε model and 4D formulations.
